MASTER was invited to participate in the 2025 spring campus job fair at the University of Emergency Management. The company set up a dedicated booth to meet with fresh graduates from automation, mechatronics, and measurement and control technology majors for on-site presentations and interviews.
During the event, MASTER’s Technical Quality Department delivered a presentation on the application of industrial flowmeters in intelligent manufacturing and digital factories. The company also introduced its internship and training program, which offers 3-6 months of hands-on experience, mentorship, and project practice opportunities. The event attracted close to 100 students, and the team collected numerous resumes and contact information for follow-up interviews.
This campus visit not only showcased MASTER's 22 years of deep technical expertise but also marked a new chapter in the company's commitment to young talent. Over ten outstanding students have already received internship or job offers. MASTER will continue to engage with universities to establish a lasting talent partnership and foster innovation in automation control and instrumentation.
